ATI B3000 is an automatic Brinell hardness tester, it is very easy to use, making it the best choice for efficient measuring of any surface on large or small products. The tester automatically positions the test piece against the indenter, initiating the loading cycle with no manual effort required. ATI B3000 is equipped with a multi-position automatic turret with 3 indenters for Brinell hardness tests and 2 optic lens for the indentation reading (20X, 40X). The turret has a 360° horizontal rotation with indenter and lens. During the Brinell test cycle, ATI B3000 is fully autonomous and motorized; just push the START button and the head performs the test cycle in automatic succession without skipping a phase and with automatic switching for a fully automatic motorized test cycle.
The software makes the measurement automated in each phase. Set the hardness test scales, check the camera properties, set the standard test method, conversion scales, manage the instrument tools and check if the installed instrument is correct and compliant with the selected hardness test method. The lists of results and their images are stored in the archive. The results are automatically transformed into graphs and statistics. Data can be exported by USB.
