The FV-2008 Plus is a revolutionary industrial LED film viewer with electronic light masking. The LEDs used are very bright (~300,000 cd/m2) providing a uniform luminance across the full viewer window. LEDs use much less electricity and generate significantly less heat than conventional lamps, thus making it better for the environment and more comfortable to use.
The FV-2008 Plus uses a universal low voltage, constant power supply specifically designed to extend the life of the LEDs. It is supplied with a Dimmer control that allows you to adjust the intensity from 0% to 100%. A foot switch is also provided.
FV-2008 Plus is designed to meet the needs of Film Examiners requiring a code compliant X-ray Film Viewer.
Instead of multiple hardware masks, the FV-2008 Plus has 6 push button selectable window sizes as shown here.
