For testing of electrically-conductive components in a wide range of applications such as aerospace, industrial, manufacturing and laboratory.
TecScan offers a turnkey automated Eddy Current solution with the Eddy Current Bearing Scanner. The standard configuration features a 4-axis assembly (Y, Z, Gimbal, Turn Table) operated using our Eddy Current software package TecView™ EC. The software assists you in the management of motion control, scanning procedure, data collection and analysis, as well as in the setting of the Eddy Current parameters and alarms. This Eddy Current scanner performs the inspections using special testing procedures developed for the scanning of Ball Bearing Raceways, Roller Bearings Raceways, Inner Grooves, etc.

The ECIS-CC-20 features an integrated computer control, multi-frequency controls and fully digital display. The ECIS-CC-20 can be used for wide range of applications such as aerospace, industrial, manufacturing and laboratory for non-destructive testing of conductive components. It can be purchased as part of our scanning systems (like the aforementioned Eddy Current Bearing Scanner) or by itself, piloted by the easy-to-use TecView™ EC software.
