Special Step Block for Thickness and Linearity Calibration

Inch Version:

This versatile block contains 8 steps. Set it down on one side and get the 1.0", 2.0", 3.0" and 4.0" steps. Then "TIP" it over and get the 1.5", 2.5", 3.5" and 4.5" steps.

  • Steps: 1.000" to 4.500" in 0.500" increments x 1.00" wide
  • Step thickness tolerance is ±0.002".

Metric Version:

Set this block down on one side and get the 25.0mm, 50.0mm, 75.0mm and 100.0mm steps. Then tip it over and you get the 37.5mm, 62.5mm, 87.5mm and 112.5mm steps.

  • Steps: 25mm to 112.5mm x 25mm" wide
  • Step thickness tolerance is ±0.04mm.
