SHERWIN REMOVER/CLEANERS
Three standard "Remover/Cleaners" are provided. All are volatile solvents. Two are non-chlorinated solvents and flammable. A third "Remover/Cleaner" is specially formulated for use on hot surfaces.
DR-60 Cleaner/Remover: DR-60 Cleaner-Remover is used in the penetrant process to remove excess penetrant from part surfaces. It is a manual wipe on and wipe off material and is recommended for small areas. DR-60 may also be used for generally cleaning oily, dirty surfaces. DR-60 is especially suitable for cleaning prior to the application of inspection penetrants. Complies with low sulfur and low halogen requirements.

KO-19 FOAM Remover: KO-19 hi-temp remover used to remove excess penetrant from the surface of a part at elevated temperatures; up to 3500F (176.70C). KO-19 is the remover step of a three part system used to remove excess penetrant from part surfaces (KO-17 hi-temp penetrant and D-350 hi-temp developer are the other materials of the hi-temp system). KO-19 complies with low sulfur and low halogen requirements.
