The IS-199 Chemical Mixer is the ultimate automatic x-ray chemical mixer with the specific gravity control producing a consistent mix via a Chemical Template. The mixer responds to the addition of concentrated chemicals and adds the correct amount of water automatically. Includes a low level warning system. Over 15 years of proven reliability; all electronic components are chosen for dependability and straight forward circuitry eliminates the need for circuit boards for increased reliability.

Mixer Templates

The Mixer Template is determined by the film that is being developed. Mixer Templates have specific chemical compounds and gravity floats that optimize film development. I.e., to develop Carestream Film, a Carestream Mixer is required. 

Standard Mixer Templates are: 

  • T2
  • Carestream
  • AGFA
  • FNDT (Fuji)

For all other film manufacturers (Autex, Cronex, WMI, etc.), a custom template request is required. 

 

 

RT Cleaner / Algacide System & Dosing Solution

Radiographic (RT) cleaners, algacide systems, and dosing solutions are an integral part of the IS-199 chemical mixer life-cycle. These cleaners, pumps, and solutions make maintaining your chemical mixer simple and easy. They are:

  • T2 Max Radiographic Cleaner - Safe for all industrial film processors. Cleans: developer, fixer, oxidation, silver, and algae deposits from rollers, tanks, webs, and transports in 3-5 minutes.
  • EASY CLEAN Algae Pump System - A simple to use dosing system to inject Easy Clean Algae AD solution directly into a processor wash tank at programmed times and at the required dosage during the working day and night.
  • EASY CLEAN Algae AD - Safe, Non-Toxic, Non-Corrosive, Bio-Degradable A highly concentrated, blend of unique cleaning agents. Rapidly breaks down the bio-film which causes slimy, clogging bio-slime. Regular use keeps wash/rinse water clean and fresh. Formulated for use with the Colenta automatic dosing pump system to place small quantities of additive into the wash tank at the selective times and at the required dosing rates during every 24 hour cycle.

The IS-199 Spill Tray conveniently fits under the IS-199 Chemical Mixer to provide Secondary Containment for potential leaks or spills

 

Floating Lid

The IS-199 Floating Lid is designed to extend developer life by reducing aerial oxidation. The IS-199 Floating Lid is especially useful in low volume situations where premature oxidation may occur
