Microflux - side

Ergonomically designed base, oil-resistant lacquered
The left tensioning side (coil) is permanently mounted; the quill is built into it.
Pneumatically operated short stroke cylinder of 0.28" (7 mm) moveable for tensioning / relaxing.
The magnetizing sleeves are made from laminated transformer sheets.
The right clamping side can be moved on a trolley to adjust the clamping length. This trolley is
mounted with liquid-tight ball bearings in 4 collar rollers and is easy to move.
2 parallel tracks are used for guidance
The pole carriage can be brought to the respective workpiece length using a clamping lever
The 2 magnetization quills are equipped with easily exchangeable contact plates.
Diameter D = 200 mm (8").
Conical liquid container made of stainless steel with a capacity of 10.6 gallons (40 liters)
