The Helling Cross Coil for surface crack testing of pipes allows for contactless magnetization to find surface defects in any orientation. The entire surface can be tested by rotating the test object inside the coil. Equipped with stationary UV LED lights for testing with fluorescent particles and available in different sizes: diameter from 6” to 18” (150 mm to 450 mm). The cross coil can be controlled via potentiometer or by PLC with touch panel.
