Overview

The new DMP series sets the standard for tactile and non-destructive coating thickness measurement of magnetized and non-magnetized base materials. The robust and modern design, optimized functionalities, digital probes, and intuitive Tactile Suite software make these compact handheld devices your perfect companions for any measuring requirement. Available in three models for your needs: ISOSCOPE, DELTASCOPE or DUALSCOPE.

Used primarily in quality assurance, these compact devices are impressive with their robust and ergonomic design and extensive functions. Depending on the application, you will find the right device in the DMP family. The DMP10 and 20 models offer an optimal entry level with extensive functionalities, while the DMP30 and 40 models also meet higher demands. In addition to the various measuring instruments, a wide range of high-precision digital and analog probes are available.

Measurement of non-magnetizable layers on magnetizable base materials.

DUALSCOPE

Measurement of electrically non-conductive layers on non-magnetizable, electrically conductive base materials and measurement of non-magnetizable layers on magnetizable base materials.

Application Examples:
NC/NF: Paint, varnish, plastic on aluminum, copper, brass
NC/NF: Anodized coatings on aluminum
NC/Fe: Paint, varnish or plastic on steel or iron
NF/Fe: Zinc, chrome or copper on steel or iron
