The Woodpecker WP-632AM-R Handpiece, with a range of accessories offers all the advantages of the previous models, but with the option of using a smaller XY Plotter &  a remote probe. It also has integrated BBRAM. The WP-632AM-R portable electric tap tester is compact and lightweight, allowing single handed operation and significantly reducing time required for inspection with high accuracy. It utilizes a CPU which comparatively evaluates the output of a force sensor attached to the actuator. The results are indicated with LEDs & numerical values displayed on the LCD screen, clearly showing the set and measured contact times (in milliseconds) and making it easier to setup on the test standard. When used in conjunction with a PC, a color tile map of the area under test is displayed. A record can be saved / printed creating traceability of a scan.

Optional XY Plotter

The XY Plotter is available as an option for the Woodpecker WP-632AM-R Handpiece. It allows the user to measure contact time (in milliseconds) of the structure being tested and displays the position of the unit on a PC (as a color tile map or numerically) if used in real time. This record can be saved and printed creating traceability of a scan.

Woodpecker WP-632AM-R Case Options

The Standard Kit holds all the same items as the PELI Case Kit except for the XY Plotter, but the items not shown are put in the pocket with the cable and spare parts, instead of individual cut outs.
