Overview

The URM 360 is a fully automated ultrasonic testing line for bearing rings. The line uses an immersion method and is capable of sensing internal defects of bearing rings according to EN 12080 standard.

  • Cylindrical, tapered and spherical roller bearing ring tested via ultrasonic pulse echo technique
  • Sensitivity of 0.5 mm FBH located 0.5 mm below the raceway

  • The possible dimensions of the tested part are from 110 mm inner diameter and up to 360 mm outer diameter
