Overview

The SyncScan 3 is 64:128PR PAUT flaw detector with total focusing method (TFM) and 4 channel TOFD, bringing more possibilities for your inspection in oil & gas, transportation, aerospace, shipbuilding, and manufacturing industries. Using a special algorithm, the SyncScan 3 achieves live TFM high-speed imaging based on reducing data transmission and computing resources. The envelope processing provides more stable amplitude and removes noises, further improving TFM performance and ensuring the shape and size of defects are characterized clearly. With 64 PA channels, 4 TOFD channels, and a special PA to TOFD adapter to convert to 5 channel TOFD, the SyncScan 3 provides better coverage and accuracy for demanding inspections.
