DAKOTA PVX A-Scan Precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

The PVX is a "universal" precision ultrasonic thickness gauge for difficult measuring applications.

When  simple precision gauges will not work, try the PVX.

The PVX can be used with most transducer types such as delay line, pencil or contact as best meets the requirements of your application.

Measurements can be made in Zero to First Echo or Echo to Echo modes.

Signals can be displayed in RF or rectified modes or in simple Large Digits.

The PVX has a adjustable square wave pulser to optimize resolution and penetration.

The PVX also offers B-Scan cross sectional display and on-board data logging with software and I/O cable included at no extra cost.

If you have an thickness gauging application problem and need assistance, please let us know.

We would be pleased to offer our opinion or evaluate your samples and provide you with our recommendations at no charge.

"PVX is equipped with an alpha-numeric data logger to provide increased versatility for those custom reporting needs. The high speed scan feature, speeds up the inspection process by making 32 measurements per second. Remove the transducer from the test material and display the minimum measurement scanned. Visual and audible alarm with high and low limit settings for specific application tolerances. Auto find features locate the detection point(s) and adjust the display settings to bring the waveform into view. PVX comes complete with our Windows® PC software for transferring data to and from a PC."
