Overview

The Monitor 1000EC is an energy compensated radiation detector that measures gamma and X-rays. Users can choose from readings of CPM, CPS, µSv/hr, mR/hr or in accumulated counts. It has a red count light, a beeper that sounds with each count detected and includes an adjustable timer and selectable alert. The free Observer Software for PCs and Android OS allows you to set alarms, select preferences and download your collected data. The Bluetooth and Observer BLE for Android enables saving, sharing and automation of surveys and RadResponder compatibility.

This optional accessory was custom designed for use with the Radiation Alert Ranger, Monitor 200 and Monitor 1000EC. Ideal for users whose operational needs are primarily out in the field. Smart design and durable materials.

Alert Set Range mR/hr .001 - 1,000 and CPM 1 - 450,000. Pulsating beeper sounds the alert. Adjustable alert levels are used for mR/hr / CPM and µSv/hr / CPS. Internally mounted beeper. .70 dB @ 1m. Alarm will sound when in Timer mode when the alarm threshold is reached.

Anti Saturation Readout will hold a full scale in radiation as high as 100 times the maximum reading.
