The Sames Excel Nanogun+ MV is the only electrostatic gun to spray with BOTH high Voltage and high Current, certifying optimal charge and efficient transportation to the part. This combination delivers up to 20% higher transfer efficiency compared to previous gun designs. It is specially designed for spraying liquid solvent-based materials at low pressures. Its lightweight and its ergonomic design makes it the best choice for the operators to improve their comfort. Penetrant may be supplied to the gun via a pump, a pressure tank or a circulating. When spraying, the charged paint drops will follow the lines of the electric field to the part. Electrostatics produce a paint savings and wraparound effect which reduces overspray and pollution. Adding compressed air to it allows enhanced penetration into cavities.
