Digital concrete x-ray is the application of hard x-rays to obtain a clear image of the interior of concrete. The method is useful when you want to x-ray concrete for rebars, conduits and post tension cables to avoid damage when cutting or coring. By providing a precise image of exactly what structural components are within the concrete, you will be able to avoid striking any hazards during construction.
With minimal exclusion zone, our low radiation emitting products are becoming a new standard for concrete imaging. We are able to provide digital concrete x-ray solutions where ground penetrating radar is not sufficient for the customer or scope of work. X-ray can be performed on various thickness of concrete depending on the scope of the project. We can capture 8" x 13" thick concrete in a matter of seconds providing improved workflow compared to conventional RT.
PiX Software, with its "SINGLE CLICK" process makes acquiring images easy, just launch the software and Pacific DR & x-ray are auto-connected. Press "Capture" & the image is acquired within a few seconds & wirelessly transferred to a laptop or PC for immediate review and analysis.
