Industrex HPX-DR 2530 GC High Speed Detector

Industrex HPX-DR 2530 GC High Speed Detector

145 μm Resolution, Innovative Non-Glass, Durable Design DR Detector with Compact Size and High Speed

Overview

Designed specifically for customer's looking for reliable, high-speed NDT imaging in a compact and durable DR package. The HPX-DR 2530 GC has a 145 μm resolution and a lower required exposure dose for achieving faster throughput for imaging, which in turn accelerates the process of analysis and reporting. With its compact size of 9.8" x 11.8" (250 x 300 mm), the new HPX-DR 2530 GC is ideal for imaging applications in confined areas or in between objects.

Features

  • 145 μm resolution for precision imaging and detailed analysis
  • Compact size 9.8" x 11.8" (250 x 300mm) and thin profile 0.5" (14.7mm)
  • Tungsten shielding for higher cumulative dose while preserving image quality
  • Protective, weatherproof enclosure for use in harsh environments
  • Close-to-edge imaging maximizes surface area for image capture
  • Robust wireless connectivity for faster image transfer and analysis
  • Lithium-ion batteries with battery ‘hot-swap’ to keep the detector running during battery change
  • Less required dose for shorter exposure times and faster throughput

Industrex Digital Viewing Software

The HPX-DR 2530 GC runs on Industrex Digital Viewing Software, an all-in-one software enabling customers to standardize on one software platform both CR and DR inspection. The software platform was developed for ease-of-use to reduce operator training and equipment onboarding time, thus reducing risk of error and increasing profitability. Incorporates industry-leading image analysis tools, file sharing and storage management features.

Exposure Interface Box (EIB) Accessory

  • An Industrex Digital System accessory for DR
  • Provides a standalone battery powered Wi-Fi access point to HPX-DR Detectors
  • Optionally provides a communications interface to support select Golden pulse generator models
  • The pulse generator interface enables timing coordination of the HPX-DR Detector image capture with the Golden X-ray pulse generation
