Film Processing Station

Large Water Reservoir for developing tanks: (tanks sold separately)

  • All stainless steel construction (316 inside and top, 304 skirt)

Removable Film Developing Tanks

Four (4) Manual film developing tanks with lid: (Developer, Fixer, Stop Bath and Rinse Solution)

  • Stainless steel tank (316), GA-12, No. 4 finish
  • 5 gallon (19.3L) tank specifications: 
    • Tank outside dimensions: 14.86” x 4.15” x 20.1”
    • Tank inside dimensions: 14.75” x 4.0” x 20”
    • Tank top lip: 16.25” x 5.5”
    • Tank supports: 2” below top, 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" angle
  • Lid cover + handle + seal on each chemical tank
    • Outside dimensions: 16.75” x 6.0” x 3/4”
    • Inside dimensions: 16.5” x 5.75”

Make it a complete processing system

A complete setup requires purchase of the following components:

  1. Film Processing Station (100 gallons) – large water reservoir for developing tanks (PN: RT-QNDE-23903)
  2. Four (4x) Manual film developing tanks with lid (PN: RT-QNDE-23903-03)
  3. Mixing valve with temperature gauge and regulator - all installed by customer on the back wall. Temperature gauge, 50-100 Fahrenheit (10-38 Celsius). (PN: RT-QNDE-QMVTG)
    1. Note: Customer is responsible for the following:
      • Install a back flow prevention valve ahead of the mixing valve.
      • Hook up the cold and hot water supply to the mixing valve.
      • Connect the waste water to their existing drain pipe/waste water.
