Dual & Diverse Roles

• The NovaScan is equipped with a TFM module, supporting A, S and C imaging. Adopts GPU parallel computing technology to achieve real time TFM calculations and imaging of more than 1024 * 1024 ponts
• Includes a FPGA connection interface and can be used as a phased array board. This can transmit the underlying data to the user, making it easier for users such as research institutes to conduct secondary development
• Equipped with rectangular, linear, soundpath and projection gates to remove interference signals and natural echoes. This generates pure C-scan images and greatly improves data evaluation efficiency

Powerful Scanning Simulations & Views

• 3D View Function visually displays defects in 3D workpieces. Defect position and size are intuitive and clear, and it is more convenient for defect judgement
  • 3D real time simulation of the work piece structure to closely resemble the real situation. Several commonly used types of bevels are included
• Equipped with a new scan planning process that can realize 3D focus law simulation, multiple groups of simultaneous simulation, and more with a simplified user interface. Ensures completion of process simulation and calibration quickly
• Embedded Process simulation module integrates a focal law calculator, allowing multiple groups of focal laws to be simulated at the same time for your convenience. 

Efficient Detection

• Software supports high speed two-dimensional scanning which greatly improves detection efficiency for large area corrosion detection
• Can intelligently screen the corrosion section and automatically calculate the corrosion area
• Unique cross section reconstruction and fusion function, which can view any cross section image and and accurately display and measure boundary defects
• In the inevitable scenario that the position of the probe deviates from the predetermined position during scanning, the software has an intelligent function to help modify the step or depth value of the data to avoid false defects or missing data, improving accuracy

• Equipped with a two-dimensional coded interface for high speed two-dimensional scanning. It supports DLA and DMA probes which can be used for austenitic stainless steel work pieces. 
• With 32 groups for simultaneous detection and 8 groups displayed on the same screen, the NovaScan is suitable for complex detection cases
• Supports PA function, TOFD detection module, TFM imaging and FMC data acquisition for varied applications

Simultaneous Inspection & Multi-Use

• In addition to the PA function, the FlexScan has 2 pairs of independent channels to support conventional UT testing
• 2 Pairs of independent channels for TOFD inspection and parameters can be set independently for each pair
• Supports dual PA and TOFD scanning with different settings which increases scanning coverage greatly and efficiently avoids data loss
