DeltaFlux Penetrant Inspection Cabin

DeltaFlux Penetrant Inspection Cabin

Configurable Dark-Room PT Cabins with Integrated UV and Aspiration Systems

Overview

The DeltaFlux Penetrant Inspection Cabin is a suction cabin for penetrant testing with dry aspiration, designed for manual PT inspection of a wide range of test pieces. It combines an enclosed dark-room work area, a multi-stage air filtration system, and integrated white and UV illumination in a single self-supporting cabinet built to major PT standards including ASTM E1417, ASTM E1444, ISO 3452, and NADCAP. The cabin can be configured to customer specifications for dimensions, materials, ventilation, and process automation.
