Overview

The Magnetix MGN4 is the next-generation battery-powered 42 VAC AC yoke kit, designed for demanding magnetic particle inspections in the field. Built around the new yoke architecture, it combines high magnetic performance, advanced electronic control, and enhanced overall reliability in a safer low-voltage platform.

An embedded MCU control system actively regulates both output voltage and current, so the magnetic field and lifting capacity stay constant from a full charge down to automatic low-battery shutdown. The result is a true AC yoke that delivers workshop-grade sensitivity in a fully portable, belt-mounted package.
