Features

 

Frame

  • Frame is anodized modular aluminum construction
  • Door Panels are powder coated steel
  • Main tank for liquid collecting is 304 Stainless Steel
  • Particle Application: manual gun designed for either water or oil-based products
  • Recirculating Tank: 304 Stainless Steel for liquid mixing, mounted on a removeable cart with separate pump for uniform mixing of the inspection media. Recirculating Tank holds about 20 liters.



Control Panel:

  • Push buttons with two-hands command for Head-stock clamping
  • Button for test Start
  • Warning light for “Exam in progress” indication
  • Manual switch for magnetization selection (Head Shot or Coil)
  • Selector for magnetization/demagnetization
  • Potentiometer for the test current adjustment
  • Analog ammeter for display of applied current
  • Potentiometer for the shot time setup

Recycling Tank

  • 5 gallon
  • 304 Stainless Steel Tank for liquid mixing
  • Mounted on cart with separate pump for liquid mixing to keep the best uniformity of the inspection media.
