Hirsch Multipuls 1003-E2-3

Mobile dual circuit AC/DC pulse testing unit for surface crack detection and demagnetization of steel components

Overview

The Hirsch Multipuls 1003-E2-3 is a mobile dual-circuit AC/DC pulse testing unit designed for surface crack detection and demagnetization of steel components. It integrates magnetization, demagnetization, field measurement, and documentation functions into a single compact, wheeled system. The device is built to comply with EN ISO 9934 standards.

Features

  • Sharp crack indication through AC/DC pulse magnetization

  • Clear crack indication already after 3 pulses

  • Dual electric circuit with alternating magnetization in two directions

  • Low weight

  • Single-hand operation via UV-LED lamp with remote control

  • Superimposed flood light for determination of false crack indications

  • Long service life and service intervals

  • Low consumption of test fluid and energy

  • Non-contact magnetization with double coil configuration
