The Hirsch Multipuls 1003-E2-3 is a mobile dual-circuit AC/DC pulse testing unit designed for surface crack detection and demagnetization of steel components. It integrates magnetization, demagnetization, field measurement, and documentation functions into a single compact, wheeled system. The device is built to comply with EN ISO 9934 standards.

Sharp crack indication through AC/DC pulse magnetization
Clear crack indication already after 3 pulses
Dual electric circuit with alternating magnetization in two directions
Low weight
Single-hand operation via UV-LED lamp with remote control
Superimposed flood light for determination of false crack indications
Long service life and service intervals
Low consumption of test fluid and energy
Non-contact magnetization with double coil configuration
