Overview

The Magnaflux D Series are our most powerful wet bench units. Providing 3-phase Full Wave Direct Current, they offers maximum magnetization for finding surface and sub-surface defects with clearer indications while using minimal power. The two outputs are independently adjustable to set each magnetic field, circular or longitudinal. The D-Series magnetic benches are available in two models: D-2060 & D-2100.

 

The CD-Series stationary magnetizing current generators are power pack versions of our wet bench units and effectively magnetize parts while keeping power requirements to a minimum. CD-Series units are ideal for large parts which will not fit easily on a wet bench or for parts that require special handling.
