The FlawTech WeldCheck Test Plate is a Weld Test Specimen for training and demonstrating eddy current weld inspection.


Specifications:

  • Each plate is 4" x 4" x 1/4" with a false weld and two 1/4" long x 0.040" deep crack-like indications - Longitudinal Toe and Transverse.
  • Other sizes are available upon request.
  • FlawTech will provide carbon steel plates 4” x 4” x 0.25” T
  • Plate will have an Ground Crown and no root.
  • Each plate will contain 2 cracks; (1) transverse crack in the crown @ ~0.5” long x 0.040” deep and (1) toe crack ~0.5” long x 0.040” deep.
  • There will be no documentation for the plates.
