Overview

Universally applicable, semi-automatic testing device for screws, bolts, sleeves, rotationally symmetrical parts with and without shoulder. Testing with adjustable rotation and automatic probe feed, also in the thread area. Universal bolt and screw testing for diameters from 5-20mm and up to 200mm length. The BoltScan can be used with any standard eddy current testing instrument (special sensor adapters may be required).

  • Adjustable speed 1-200 RPM with digital display
  • Adjustable rollers - Infinitely adjustable distance of the support rollers via central adjustment
  • Feeding direction switch, left-stop-right
  • Adjustable stopper - Automatic stop by limit switches in the end positions
  • A large number of test probes are available for different test tasks. The multi-function probe holder allows almost any test position to be set
  • Infinitely variable part speed adjustment
  • Probe feed infinitely adjustable
  • Parts slippage is prevented by rubberized rollers and distance changes of the support rollers
  • Multi-function probe holder consisting of:
    • Receptacle with linear guide / floating holder
    • Probe receptacle floating via linear guide
    • Probe holder Rotatable, angle adjustment +/- 90° via knurled screw
    • Probe holder Height adjustable via Z-axis with knurled adjustment
    • Probe position adjustable on the holder block
