Eclipse Scientific Eddy Current Testing Technology - 1st Edition Book
Author: Michael Wright, Terry Hennigar
Soft Cover, Full Color, 187 Pages
Eddy Current testing uses electromagnetic energy. An Alternating Current (AC) is applied to a coil of wire and the AC in the coil has an alternating magnetic field that induces a current in the conductive test piece. These induced currents are called Eddy Current because they flow in circles at and just below the surface of the material.
This CGSB certified handbook will prepare students for the course material associated with level 1 & 2 Eddy Current Testing Certification.
