Overview

PowerMAX™365 Series flood lamps feature a panel of powerful UV-A(365nm) and Visible Light LED’s specifically engineered for Nondestructive testing applications. These versatile, stationary light sources can be installed overhead, in line or ganged together to provide an even wider range of coverage area. Available in two models to meet your specific inspection needs: 8 or 16 UV-A (365nm) LED models. Ideal for NDT inspection booths, fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection, screening of fluorescent particles, wash station inspection and many other applications requiring maximum uniformity of UV-A coverage over a large area.

  • Very low visible light: Less than 0.5 foot-candle (2.2 lux)
  • Rocker switch easily switches between UV and white light modes
  • Electronic intensity control capable of adjusting light output from 15% to 100%
  • Adjustable intensity: Can be reduced to precise levels as low as 1,000 μW/cm²

  • Visible Light Measurement: < 1 foot-candles (< 11 lux)
  • Precision Control: Integrated electronic intensity control knob for flexible operation
  • Dual-Light Capability: Allows for easy switching between UV & White Light
  • Mountable and connectable units can be added for extended coverage of larger inspections areas.
  • Thermal Management: Active cooling system with fans for enhanced performance during extended use.
  • ASTM E3022 compliant and meets ISO 3059 specifications
