Overview

The MaxiNova 6S is a compact and lightweight LED torch that offers a maximum output after switch-on and is especially suited for NDT inspections. It offers a long life, high durability solution to UV inspection of poorly accessible areas. Thanks to the high spotlight radiation intensity of the UV MaxiNova 6S, a high fluorescence stimulation can be achieved – this way, even minor tracers are clearly visible. Available as a Spotlight, Midlight or Floodlight. Whether spotlight with maximum fluorescence excitation or both midlight and floodlight for a quick examination of larger areas, you always have the optimum light intensity for each task.

For non-aerospace applications where a UV filter is not required, the 5S model is available. The 5S has the same features as the 6S, but without a UV filter.

    • Midlight: UV-A Intensity > 8,000 μw/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches)
    • Floodlight: UV-A Intensity > 2,500 μw/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches)
