The Barkhausen Noise Rollscan 350 is a portable digital Barkhausen noise analyzer with advanced capabilities for on-site quality control and detection of near-surface defects — grinding burns, heat treatment issues, and stress or microstructure changes in ferritic steels and other ferromagnetic materials. A graphical user interface with oscilloscope display and front-panel controls provides real-time measurement diagnostics, with measurement parameters adjustable directly on the unit or remotely via PC software. The Rollscan 350 can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into automated production and laboratory setups.
