Notch Width (All): 0.004" (± .001)
Hole Notch Configurations:
(-0) 0.030" x 0.030" (45°) corner notch @ 0.004" wide in each hole (Qty 12)
(-1) 0.020" full-bore (thru) notch @ 0.004" wide in each hole - (Qty 12)
(-2) Full-bore (thru) notch @ 0.020" deep x 0.004" wide and (1) 0.030" x 0.030" (45°) corner notch @ 0.004" in each hole, 180° apart (Qty 24)
(-3) Mid-bore notch @ 0.030" deep x 0.004" wide x 0.060" long in each hole - (Qty 12)

Marking on edge of block: Serial number and alloy


Note: Bolt hole standard will be similar, but not identical to the item pictured above

Documentation: All calibration blocks and reference standards come complete with a certification report stating conformance to any applicable specification. Calibrated to standards that are traceable to NIST. A Material Test Report for the specific heat / lot number of raw material used is also included.
