Specifications:

  • Weld Test Specimen for training and demonstrating eddy current weld inspection.
  • FlawTech will provide carbon steel plates 4" x 4" x 0.25" T
  • Plates will have a Ground Crown and no root.
  • Each plate will contain 2 cracks
    • (1) Transverse crack in the crown @ ~0.5" long x 0.040" deep
    • (1) Toe crack ~0.5" long x 0.040" deep
  • There will be no documentation for the plates.
  • Other sizes are available upon request.
