Internet, E-Mail or fax orders are appreciated and will received prompt attention. Verbal orders should be confirmed and clearly marked "Confirmation - Do Not Duplicate."

What are your payment terms?

  1. VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS - supply account number, expiration date and exact cardholder name. This is the preferred method of payment.
  2. NET 30 DAYS - With approved credit. To open a new account, provide bank information and a minimum of three credit references. Subject to approval.
  3. Confirmed letter of credit drawn on a U.S. Bank.
  4. Wire Transfer
  5. C.O.D. - For customers not on open account.

How do I check the status of an order?

    When you place an order, NDT Supply.com will send you an e-mail message to confirm that your order has been received. WeÕll process it in 1-3 business days and ship via UPS (unless other arrangements have been made). If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours or your order within 10-14 days, please contact our Customer Service department at 913/685-0675.

How do you accept returns?

    Regular catalog items may be returned within 30 days of shipment in new condition with return authorization number (available from sales department). Freight charges must be prepaid.

What if what IÕm looking for is not on the web site?

    You may send us your request by e-mail, fax or phone. If the items are available to us for sale, we will do our best to quote a competitive price and delivery. If we donÕt offer those items, we will do our best to direct you to an appropriate source.
